Our team offers the Navy the powerful combination of a Navy-wide perspective of Warfare Center missions and strong local presence attuned to the specific needs of individual Divisions and Detachments.

  • Seaport Enhanced (Seaport-e) is a Multiple Award Contract (MAC) vehicle, using a web-based, e-business procurement Portal, to facilitate performance-based service acquisition, leverage buying power, improve business intelligence and reduce cycle time. The Virtual SYSCOM Commanders formalized an agreement to expand the ordering community of Seaport-e to include all Virtual SYSCOM activities and to leverage the success of SeaPort-e in achieving the objectives across the Virtual SYSCOM, which consists of Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Naval Supply Command (NAVSUP), and Space and Naval Warfare Command (SPAWAR). Additional users are Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC), Military Sealift Command, and the U.S. Marines.
