Military personnel records are vast in number and highly confidential. Phoenix Data Corporation provided the system integration and application development for conversion of enlisted Army personnel records from paper to digital media. Within a collaborative partnership of staff and technologies, Phoenix imaged and converted more than four million folders of information, each containing from 500 to 3,000 individual hard copy records, to secure electronic data. The project was also completed under budget and a full 60 days ahead of schedule.
